Membership of Photonics France

Since September 10, 2024, the Nano-Phot Graduate School has been an official member of Photonics France.

Photonics France is the national federation for photonics in France. It brings together industry, research and innovation actors in the field of photonic technologies, including sectors such as telecommunications, healthcare, aerospace, energy, the environment and more.          
Its role is to promote the development of the photonics industry in France, defend its interests at national and European level, and facilitate collaboration between its members.

This partnership has many advantages for the NANO-PHOT GS.

• Development and promotion: In particular, it will help us to promote the school within the photonics community, nationally and internationally.
• Access to networks and collaborations: Membership gives access to a wide network of companies, academic institutions and research centers, encouraging academic and industrial collaborations.
• Events: The NANO-PHOT can also take part in a wide range of events designed to encourage exchanges with other members: company and laboratory visits, themed conferences, photonics salons, etc.
• Participation in European and national projects: As a member, the NANO-PHOT GS can be informed of and involved in collaborative projects funded by the State or the European Union, in which photonics plays a central role.
